  • Balloon Fiesta 2013

    I feel so guilty!  I haven't had the chance to write since Spanish Market and so much has happened since then.  We had a successful Spanish Market and went straight into Indian Market which was just a successful!  And following hard upon the Markets was the beginning of the school year (I was very relieved to get the kids back in school!), Labor Day, Santa Fe Fiestas and the burning of Zozobra, and Santa Fe Wine and Chile.  Each event just got us another week and another day closer to Balloon Fiesta, which somehow began this weekend!  (Is it October already?!)  As the week progresses we'll see more people visiting...

  • Celebrating America's Birthday in the Oldest Capital City!

    Getting ready for the 4th of July on the Plaza!  There will be a Pancake Breakfast beginning at 6am with proceeds benefiting children and family non-profit organizations that are sponsored by the Rotary Club of Santa Fe. All the vendors will be out at the Loretto Market selling their art, jewelry, pottery, clothing line and all things Santa Fe.  While at the market be sure to reserve a seat on the open air touring trams of the Loretto Lines.  They have wonderful city guides who take you to all the best historical sites within Santa Fe.  What a great way to explore our city different!...
